Hi everyone...
Just wanted to say thanks for all those who are supporting the site by visiting us for the first time and especially to those who are return visitors. Just wanted to give you all a little background on the site and how it came to fruition.
A few years ago, I came back to the sports card hobby after being out of it (like a lot of collectors my age) for over a decade. Before my return, the latest and greatest in the hobby was 1997 Topps Finest's refractors. Once I made my return, I had to try to make my way through all the new resources and websites that were out there to collectors. The decline of the local card store paved the way for numerous online retailers, and there were forums galore! The blogsphere exploded as did the sports card news world with publishers such as Tuff Stuff and Beckett taking their publications online. I didn't know where to begin.
Fast forward a few years to the present - and all these resources were STILL all over the map!
So this is my shot at bringing all the sports card news and resources together in one site... for everyone to access. You probably can tell, but I am also very new to the world of web design, so just bare with me while I try to make the site as functional and as easy to navigate as possible.
If you have any suggestions, please let me know! If there is something you don't like, let me know too!
